NuVision
NuVision U.S., Inc. is a leading-edge designer and
distributor of innovative high definition television
(HDTV) products to the full-service, high-end audio-video
(A/V) custom installation market (known as the CEDIA
channel). NuVision utilizes its trademarked brand
name and proprietary digital image processing firmware
to provide superior performing products tailored to
the needs of the CEDIA channel. This dynamic segment
of the market is growing at 3.4x the overall CE business,
accelerating from 15% to 20% per year in the next
several years to over $10 billion in annual revenue.

NuVision believes the digital TV market is undergoing
a restructuring in this new era of HDTVs and believes

customer service. NuVision is strategically prepared
for a shift in content delivery from analog to digital
and from broadcast to time-shifted or on-demand (e.g.,

NuVision was formed in October 2005 and is a headquartered
in Scottsdale, AZ. With approximately 20 full-time
employees. NuVision's initial investors included Mitsui
Comtek Corp, a U.S. subsidiary of Mitsui Ltd, the
largest Japanese trading company in the world.
